OUR ROOTS
Corazón del Barrio is a nonprofit organization born from the grassroots vision and decades of community engagement led by artists and cultural organizers Melissa Brown-Dominguez and Mel Dominguez of Galeria Mitotera — a South Tucson cultural hub dedicated to uplifting artists of color, celebrating Chicanx culture, and creating space for community expression.
